When I first heard there was a place called Times Square in Seoul I got really excited. I imagined it to be a Korean version of the one in New York. Well, just like Korean BBQ (that has nothing to do with BBQ sauce), Times Square Seoul has nothing to do with the original in the US. That doesn't make it any less cool, though. It's just great in a different way. It's a gigantic mall with a huge, huge, rooftop garden that has an incredible view of the city (you can see that on my Instagram profile).

A funny thing about me is that I really, genuinely, enjoy shopping. Either for me, my friends, my family, I truly like the activity and I'm surprisingly good at sales. Haha. Ask around, I'm not lying. That takes us to the second fact about me: 95% of the clothes I own came from a sale. I don't believe in paying full price for items. I also try to maintain my wardrobe a bit timeless, that means that I don't really like pieces that are high on demand. I'm a fashion blogger but that doesn't mean I'm wearing blazers with neon running shoes anytime soon.

I was feeling a little under the weather  the day I visited Times Square, so I chose to create an outfit that went along with my mood. The sheer hooded top did the trick perfectly and, paired with my parka, skinny jeans and boots, a really nice ensemble was born. People were definitely staring at the guy with the hoodie and he liked it. What about you guys? Do you shop a lot in sales? Wear a lot of "trendy items"? Tell me all about it.

JAJA.
