Contrasts

Life Journal 44
One of the things I love most about Japan is how life works there. It's not that they're super tech savvy and have a million robots running the city (I think that's just how the rest of the world perceives Japan in general), no, the thing that makes Japan incredible is that they have a solution for everything, so they never get stuck, they keep moving forward.

Now that I'm back in Mexico, you have no idea how badly I miss those daily things: having an efficient public transportation system, safety on the streets, being able to go out whenever I want and knowing that something will be open... I miss Japan, so much that it makes me forget how terrible not knowing the language is, how sometimes you get lost and no one is able to help you, how sometimes you can't even order food at a restaurant... Oh, those contrasts...

Oh, esos contrastes...
Love always,
Henry.
