Breakfasts and Museums

Hey guys! Kicking off the 'eternal summer' month is one of my favorite outfits. There's something about the simplicity of this that really appeals to me. I think it's a really good balance between casual and put-together and it feels very me, you know? I can trade the sneakers for brogues or boots for a different occasion and add or remove jewellery to make it more or less fancy. It's one good outfit.

I wore this for breakfast with one of my best friends the other day and even him said that I looked really good nowadays; it's funny how you can hang out with a person for years and, all of the sudden, start to realize new things about them. With clothes, for example, I noticed that he wears skinny jeans now, because I lent him a pair once and he fell in love with them. For me, that's awesome. You never cease to know a person.

Simple days like these, when you're able to go to a museum for breakfast with your best friends and just talk about life, dreams and goals, are my favorites. I say a lot that 'I don't like people' and it's true, I don't like conglomerations, I don't like big groups of friends... But one-on-one moments, man, those are sacred. I wish I could have those days every day, for the rest of eternity. And while the breakfasts and museums won't last forever, I'm sure those memories will be eternal.

// ¡Hey amigos! Para empezar el mes de 'verano eterno' tenemos uno de mis atuendos favoritos. Hay algo acerca de la simplicidad en esto que se me hace muy llamativo. Creo que es un buen balance entre casual y producido y se siente muy yo, ¿saben? Puedo intercambiar los tennis por zapatitos o botas para ocasiones diferentes y añadir o quitar joyería para hacerlo más o menos fancy. Es un buen atuendo.

Usé esto para ir a desayunar con uno de mis mejores amigos y hasta él dijo que me veía muy bien en estos días; es chistoso cómo puedes convivir con una persona por años y, de repente, comenzar a darte cuenta de nuevas cosas en ellos. En ropa, por ejemplo, noté que mi amigo ahora usa jeans entubas, porque yo le presté un par una vez y se enamoró de ellos. Para mí, eso es lo máximo. Nunca terminas de conocer a una persona.

Días simples como éstos, donde puedes ir a un museo por desayuno con tus mejores amigos y sólo hablar de la vida, sueños y metas, son mis favoritos. Digo mucho que 'no me gusta la gente' y es cierto, no me gustan las conglomeraciones, no me gustan los grupos grandes de amigos... Pero esos momentos uno-a-uno, esos son sagrados. Desearía poder tener esos días todos los días, por el resto de la eternidad. Y si bien los desayunos y museos no duran para siempre, estoy seguro que esos recuerdos serán eternos.
