Either you swim or you die

Life Journal 50
Some species of sharks need to keep swimming in order to survive; they swim very fast to force water (and thus oxygen) into their systems and breathe. If they stop swimming, they can't breathe and, sadly, they die. That's why a lot of people use this shark analogy and apply it into their lives; you have to keep moving, keep fighting, otherwise you die.

I took a small break from this blog and social media because something really awful happened to me last week (if you wanna know more, click this link) and no matter how scared or paralysed I think I am, that's not an excuse to stop everything I like about my life. One bad thing isn't enough to destroy a mountain of good things I have going on for me. That's why, from now on, I have to think like a shark and keep moving, keep breathing, keep living.

Love always,
Henry.
