I think we live in a harsh world. That's the reality of it, we live in a place where you have to be present all the time, or at least that's what is taught to us; the popular kids do better in high school, the  loud YouTuber gets more subscribers, the wild people on TV get more fame... Stuff like that. When I was growing up, I had trouble making friends because I was very demanding, like, I needed them to be in the same frequency as me, I learned (throughout the years) that it's okay to vibe in different frequencies sometimes.

I see myself as a leader, I've always been like that, competitive and all, I fight for what I want but I do it in a very polite, reserved, almost shy, kind of way. I don't light up a room when I go in but I sure as hell give the brightest corner, you know what I mean? I'm soft-spoken, I observe, analyse and then act; I'm not aggressive or in your face and although I like that trait, it's not always something you find on the winning team.

The days where shy people were consider special and interesting are way past us; sure, you'll find your crowd and they will appreciate it, but you will never appeal to the masses because they'll find you strange, they won't resonate with your frequency, so you might make a splash but it will be a little one... Unless... I believe it's time to hear those quiet voices, to pay attention to the shy kids because, more often than you think, they'll have something great to bring to the table. Why don't we do that, friends? Why don't we show compassion and give them a chance? As a shy kid myself, I advocate for that and dare you to see beyond the noise, the fame, the popularity, I dare you to hear the softer voices and really listen to them. Do you accept the challenge?

Es la realidad de las cosas, vivimos en un lugar donde tienes que estar presente todo el tiempo, o por lo menos es lo que se nos ha enseñado; los niños populares triunfan en preparatoria, el YouTuber escandaloso consigue más subscriptores, la gente loca en la televisión tiene más fama... Cosas así. Mientras crecía, tenía problemas para hacer amigos porque era muy demandante, los necesitaba tener en mi misma frecuencia, aprendí (con el paso de los años) que a veces está bien vibrar en diferente frecuencia.

Me veo como líder, siempre he sido así, competitivo y toda la cosa, lucho por lo que quiero pero lo hago en una forma muy educada, reservada, casi tímida. No soy la persona que ilumina una habitación cuando entra pero por supuesto que puedo dar el rincón más brillante de todos, ¿saben a lo que me refiero? Soy gentil, suave, observo, analizo y después actúo; no soy agresivo ni estoy en tu cara y, aunque me gusta esa cualidad, no es algo que siempre vas a encontrar en el equipo ganador.

Los días en que la gente tímida era considerada especial e interesante ya quedaron en el pasado; seguro, encontrarás a tu gente y ellos lo apreciarán, pero nunca vas a poder encantar a las masas porque te van a encontrar raro, no van a resonar con tu frecuencia, así que tal vez tengas impacto pero será algo pequeño... A menos que... Creo que es tiempo de escuchar esas voces suaves, de prestarle atención a los niños tímidos porque, más frecuentemente de lo que esperas, tienen algo grandioso que traer a la mesa. ¿Por qué no hacemos eso, amigos? ¿Por qué no tenemos compasión y les damos una oportunidad? Yo, como niño tímido que soy, abogo por eso y los reto a ver más allá del ruido, la fama, la popularidad, los reto a oír esas voces suaves y realmente escucharlas. ¿Aceptan el desafío?
