I love flowers, I really do (and, of course, that's not the manliest thing to say), they make everything look better and if they match your hair, which is a weird but awesome miracle, you should make the most of it and shoot photos. Statements like these make me feel like I'm gonna save the world one day or something, haha, just kidding. I know I'm just a fashion blogger.

But, on that note, I've been thinking about what I do a lot. Last week I was bullied online on Twitter by an "anonymous" source (that was dumb enough to not protect its IP address) and, when I knew who the person was, I stood up for myself. And, although it felt great and everything, it made me realize that sometimes I forget that being a fashion journalist is supposed to be a fun thing to do.

So there we go, now I have to remember that I'm not doing what I do for money or free things or anything of the sort. I'm doing it because it's an activity I enjoy very much and, if a monetary compensation comes out of it, then great. I'm a wallflower, not a fallen petal. A wallflower with lilac hair and spikes on its jacket.

Love always,
Hen.

  2. Loe the outfit, especially the spiky shoulders jacket. It's great that u've stood up for urself on twitter and this industry might be quite cruel, but it's also about having fun, there might be money comes along the way but that shouldnt be our main focus :0 Wish u a good Friday and an amazing weekend, mate xx
