the fountains at the palace 3 The final day of Fashion Week was really strange. It was like a student collection showcase at a mall/convention center kind of place, wasn't the best I've seen but, c'mon, I needed to finish that week properly. Since that event was held in a different venue; instead of Shibuya, I went to the district of Ginza, a place that I haven't seen seen the last time I was in Tokyo 2 years ago.

I met up with my friend Kiko Cagayat again and he was super nice and snapped a billion photos of me again (to be fair, I also snapped a billion photos of him too, haha). He was supposed to go to the Jotaro Saito show but he couldn't make it so I was very excited to hang out with him one more time. Ginza is a very fancy place, with designer goods and posh cafés and restaurants. It's also near the Imperial Palace, a really awesome sight in Japan.

We decided to shoot in front of the fountain show and it was a lot of fun. I had seen this place before but only at night and during daytime it was really beautiful. Something about water and fountains makes me feel calm and safe. For a couple minutes, I was transported to a different place, a different era, one where water and people belonged together peacefully. And after that, we went shopping, haha.
